Tassie Bound Adventure Tours is very excited to launch a women’s overnight Tasmanian adventure for WILD ISLAND WOMEN. This will be a life enhancing, soul-filling exclusive WOMEN’S ONLY wilderness adventure.
Over 2 days, you’ll find yourself perched upon the plateau of one of Tassie’s most spectular mountain ranges and kayaking through Derwent Valley’s Hidden Valley on the seat of a Hobie Kayak.
This is for women who have reasonable fitness. Up to 8 hours of physical activity second day. Accommodation will be at the Giants’ Table Cottages in Maydena on the Sunday night. You will each have your own room with a share bathroom.
There are only 8 SPOTS on this trip so BOOK NOW as places will fill quickly.
Sunday 22 November

10 AM Kayak the Hidden Valley
5 PM Arrive at Giant’s Table Cabins

8:30 AM Arrive at Mount Mueller track. Mount Mueller is Abel 88 and located within the Southwest National Park approximately 15 kms outside Maydena. The hike is approximately 12 kms long and an 6-7 hour hike with morning tea and lunch stops included around the lake and summit.
This hike is a lesser known Tasmanian mountain however it is personally my favourite day hike in Tasmania. I’ve seen all views from the nearby mountains but perhaps (because it is some distance away from other great mountains) it’s the most spectacular.
